Delivery Methods

Not all delivery methods are available for every set of tickets. If you are buying tickets within 24 hours of an event, please call us so we may best serve you.

Standard Delivery, Express Delivery, Fedex Priority Overnight

Most orders are shipped on the same business day; orders placed after business hours may ship on the next business day. Standard Delivery refers to Fedex Express (3-day) or 2nd Day delivery and is guaranteed by 10:30am. Express Delivery refers to Fedex Standard Overnight, which is guaranteed by 3:00pm or 8:00pm, but local delivery guarantees may vary. Your Fedex tracking number will be included on your invoice and/or in a separate email. A signature may or may not be required for delivery.

"E-Ticket" or "E-Ticket - Instant Download"

Tickets marked with the 'e' symbol are tickets which may be emailed or made available for you to print-at-home. If you choose E-Ticket delivery, they will either be emailed OR made available for you to download and print from a secure website.

You MUST print the tickets and bring them to the venue; tickets may not be displayed on, or scanned from, a mobile device.

IMPORTANT: "Instant Download" does not necessarily mean the tickets will be available at the conclusion of your order, as email verification or additional customer identification may be required before sending e-tickets. If necessary, we will contact you with instructions for verifying your email address or supplying additional information. Instant Download tickets will likely be available sooner than non-Instant Download tickets, but in either case, the process is usually completed within one business day.

"Will Call"

These tickets will be left at the venue box office for you to pick up approximately one (1) hour before the event. A government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order will be required for you to claim your tickets. You will be provided with an emergency phone number to contact in the event you have any difficulty at the box office.

"Local Pickup Near Venue"

These tickets will be picked up at a secure location near the venue (generally within 1-2 miles). We will contact you with pickup information. A government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order will be required for you to claim your tickets.


These tickets are paperless and will not be shipped or provided in any physical form. Instead, you will meet a representative from our office at the venue who will accompany you into the venue by presenting the credit card used for the purchase to venue personnel. Please remember to bring a government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order. We will contact you with pickup information.

"Electronic Transfer"

These tickets will be delivered to you electronically. Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create an account so your tickets can be electronically transferred to the name, email address and phone number on your order. In order to use these tickets to enter the event, you will need to present the credit card used to complete the purchase and a government-issued photo ID.

"Last Minute Pickup"

These tickets will be available for pickup two (2) hours before the start of the event at a designated Last Minute Pickup location near the venue. You will be given the address and telephone number of the Last Minute Pickup location upon confirmation of your order. A government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order will be required to claim your tickets.

"Near-term Special Delivery" and "International Near-term Special Delivery"

Near-term special delivery is offered only when a shipping service is not available. When this is the only listed delivery option, your tickets may be delivered by any of the following services: email, will call, local office pickup, or courier. Your ticket seller will contact you with specific delivery details upon confirmation of your order.

"International Express Delivery"

These tickets are shipped using an expedited international delivery method. If you request that your tickets be shipped to a country other than the United States, you must choose this option. International shipments may experience delays that are beyond our control for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to: customs delays, transit delays, and local service availability. Once shipped, please allow at least five (5) business days before the event for your tickets to arrive.


Tickets with a future 'ship-by' date are not yet ready for delivery but are guaranteed to be delivered in time for the event. In many cases they are ready for delivery earlier than their in-hand date; we will contact you if they are ready more than a few days from their scheduled ship-by date.

If you choose a delivery method insufficient for timely delivery, or specify a shipping address that does not allow for delivery verification, additional shipping fees may apply. In those cases, we will contact you before applying additional charges.
