SECONDTICKET & MEGA POOL ACCOUNTS

There is currently no distinction between a SecondTicket and a Mega Pool account. Fans ages 18 and older may create an account to play in free pools, win tickets or credits toward tickets, receive special ticket offers, and request enhanced service. Credit card information is not required, and you do not need an account to buy tickets. All account information is confidential except your User/Fan Name. Account information is never shared with third parties.

As the operators of a fan community, we appreciate the time you spend with us and value your loyalty.  Below are the guidelines we follow with regard to your personal data and instructions which enable you to choose how you receive information from us.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

If you have purchased tickets:

  • We collected standard data associated with credit card transactions such as your name, billing address, shipping address if different, phone number, credit card number and expiration date.  We obtain an email address to provide you with transaction information such as invoices and shipping data, and possibly to email tickets or instructions for downloading and printing your tickets.
  • We subsequently use your name and email address to create an online account that enables you to optionally participate in our free fan community.

If you created an online account without purchasing tickets:

  • We collected your first and last names, a valid email address, a password, a username that will be publicly displayed, a valid phone number, and your birthdate.

TYPES OF COMMUNICATIONS

We distribute the following types of promotional emails:

    • Informational newsletters
    • Credit expiration notices
    • Pool invitations
    • Sales and holiday-themed emails
    • Philanthropic announcements, as applicable:

HOW YOU RECEIVE COMMUNICATIONS FROM US

By default, you receive all types of promotional emails. You may opt out of any or all of them by logging in to your account and checking or unchecking the appropriate boxes. Opting out of of any type(s) does not prevent you from buying tickets or receiving order-related emails such as invoices, tickets, or shipping data.
